Pythons and boas have always held a special position in North American Herpetoculture. Whether striving to successfully breed the rarest of the rare or to produce the newest, wackiest morph of some established animal, these exotics have always maintained a popular niche. We have quite a long history with pythons and boas and have been fortunate enough to work with most species, including successfully breeding many. Over time, our scope has narrowed to only those species that we feel "fit in" with our overall collection and goals. The animals you will tour below represent just that, our favorites. The reasons are hard to pinpoint, but they all share some characteristics of making a good project such as manageable sizes, interesting and variable colors and patterns, easily cared for, and very lending to selective breeding program. For the most part, these collections are closed and we are only refining these lineages. We have found that we can better focus our attention by selecting our own culitvars to propagate.
