TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Here at Selective Origins, we believe in the quality of our animals. We therefore completely guarantee each and every animal to be honestly represented in every way. All animals are sold feeding, correctly and safely sexed, and with a genetics guarantee if purchasing any non-visible (heterozygous) morphs. We stand behind our packaging and shipping procedures and guarantee live arrival and complete satisfaction. Please read through this page to familiarize yourself with out policies and procedures.

Payment- Payment is required in full prior to the shipping/delivery of any animals. We accept most forms of payment, including credit cards, and occasionally trades for animals that would fit in well with our current projects. We do realize the need and convenience of payment plans and offer the following terms for payment plan customers:

1. All payment plans extending beyond two months incur a 10% fee of the total purchase price. While the animals are in our care, they will continue to be fed, housed, and maintained in accordance with our standards and this, unfortunately, results in added expense on our end and we ask this modest amount to cover those expenses.

2. No payment plan will extend beyond 6 months or be for less than a $1000 purchase. We offer 4 month payment plans at 25% (monthly) of total price (purchase price plus 10%) or 6 month plans at 16.7% of total price per month. We also offer a 2 month, no fee plan where you can bring your payment into two, 50% installments without incurring the 10% fee. All payment terms (due dates, amounts, etc.) will be determined and a set date will be made for payment each month. This just makes our accounting run smoothly when processing multiple monthly payment plans.

3. All payment plans are non-refundable unless a problem occurs with the animal(s) while under our care. Payments may be transferrable to other animals, should you change your mind during the payment period.

Shipping- Shipping is paid by us on orders of $1000 or more. We ship via Delta or UPS. Sorry, but we no longer offer shipping through FedEx.
